Yes, unfortunately we have to have one of these policies in place... We have to make sure we can stay open to serve you!
We require a valid credit card on file for all appointments. A deposit is also required to book your appointment and hold your spot. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Your deposit goes towards covering your premium quality supplies and is subtracted from your final total. If you need to make a change to your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
If you are not sure if you are a good candidate for a procedure, please call us before booking an appointment. Recent illness, surgeries, skin treatments, injections, and some at-home product use may make you ineligible for our services temporarily, so please call us to make sure you can receive treatment before booking.

When you make an appointment, that time period will be reserved for you only. We do not over-book in case of cancellations, which means we actually lose money if you do not show up. If you need to reschedule or cancel, 24 hours notice is required. Unless you give 24 hours notice of canceling/rescheduling your appointment, you will be charged 1/2 of the amount due for the first late cancel and 100% thereafter. No-call/no-shows will be charged the full amount due. If you purchased a package, you will lose one of your sessions.
All package sessions and gift cards are non-refundable. Expiration date is 12 months after initial purchase. Consistency is key to great results!

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read these policies and agree to them. You also agree not to dispute charges with your bank. Please bring concerns to the staff so we can make sure you receive our absolute best!
